Registration Fees
The registration fee includes all conference material, meals (conference lunches and dinners), coffee/tea (morning and afternoon breaks), Welcome Reception, Gala Dinner, Excursion. For accompanying person the fee includes welcome reception, meals, conference dinner and excursion.

Important notices:

- The attendees will cover all bank expenses.
- Send your bank deposit by e-mail to the organizers.
- For official receipts of registration payments, a copy of your bank deposit is mandatory to be shown to the secretariat upon your registration at the conference site.
- In case your registration will be paid by your University or your Company and you need an “invoice 30 days net”, please send us the following: Name of the University/company, Address, VAT number and address to be sent and the invoice will be sent via e-mail and mail.
- If for some reason you need an “official invoice”, please let us know well in advance until May 15, 2013.
Confirmation
Confirmation of receipt of registration fee will be made by email. It may take a few days before confirmation is sent due to University procedures.
Cancellation
The following cancellation charges will apply:
- Through April 30th, 2011 - Only bank fees for transfer of the refund will be deducted
- After May 1st 2011 - 50% of the registration will be refunded
